Balanced Food

What we can eat and should eat while on a Balanced Diet (quantities may vary from person to person).
MORNING
2 glasses warm water. Tea/coffee -1 cup - C
Breakfast :
2-3 slices Whole Wheat bread +tomato/ cucumber slices +1 egg or 1 C milk or 2 Stuffed mooli roti+1 C curd or 2-3 Idli+ 1 C sambar or 1- 1½ C Cornflakes+ 1 C skimmed milk. Tea or coffee. (1 C skimmed milk can be had with breakfast daily)
11 AM :
Fruit (1 no.) + buttermilk
LUNCH
2-3 Phulkas or 1 C Rice +½-1 C dhal + ½ -1 C vegetable sabji/pallya +curd + salad (+ 2 pieces non-veg)
Tea 4 p.m:
Tea/Coffee with 2 Marie Biscuits or 1 Whole wheat toast
6 PM :
Fruit (1 no.) + butter milk or skimmed milk
DINNER
2-3 Phulkas +½ -1 C dhal or pulses + curd + salad or Whole wheat bread + vegetable soup + salad with boiled pulses.
BED TIME
Fruit (1 no.) or ½-1 C skimmed milk if necessary
